As Director of Processing at Fathom Financial Partners, Krysten Dinkins plays an essential role in ensuring that every client account and transaction is handled with precision and care. She is responsible for creating and processing all new business applications, service requests, and account transfers, providing a smooth and reliable experience from start to finish. 

Krysten is known for being focused, organized, and dependable, with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to excellence. Her diligence allows clients and advisors alike to feel confident that every form, process, and follow-up is completed accurately and on time. She takes pride in maintaining efficiency behind the scenes—so that clients can enjoy a seamless, stress-free experience. 

Krysten earned her Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Wayne State University and holds her Life, Accident & Health Insurance license. She is also a Notary Public. 

On a Personal Note

Krysten lives in Livonia, Michigan, with her cat, Oakley, who proudly placed in the Top 5 of a national “Cutest Pet” contest. She enjoys listening to all kinds of music, often with her earbuds in, and can always recommend something great to listen to. A self-described treasure hunter, Krysten loves discovering unique finds and sharing her best pieces on eBay. 

Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her boyfriend, Tyler, and her large extended family—which means plenty of gatherings and more Christmas parties than most people attend in a decade. She’s also known for her competitive streak, whether it’s a game night, contest, or friendly debate. Focused, funny, and quietly determined, Krysten brings the same diligence and thoroughness to her personal life that she does to her work.
