As Marketing Director at Fathom Financial Partners, Kristen Lesondak supports the firm’s marketing efforts with a focus on design, content, and process development. She works closely with the team to bring ideas to life, helping ensure that everything shared reflects the firm’s brand and feels clear, thoughtful, and cohesive.
Known for her creativity, attention to detail, and steady follow-through, Kristen brings structure to the creative process while keeping things flexible and collaborative. Her background includes creating marketing campaigns for nationally recognized brands including the U.S. Navy, the United States Postal Service, Gordon Food Service, and OnStar. Kristen earned her Bachelor’s degree in Art Direction from the College for Creative Studies in Detroit.
On a Personal Note
Kristen lives in Livonia, Michigan, and enjoys spending time with her large close-knit family, many of whom still live nearby. Creative by nature, she has always been drawn to color, art, and design, and especially enjoys painting, working with pastels, and creating portraits and landscapes—often incorporating hidden touches of gold into her artwork.
Outside of work, Kristen enjoys staying active through Yin yoga and long bicycle rides, especially group rides that turn into full-day adventures. Kristen’s a knower of wild and interesting random facts and often shares bits of trivia that somehow relate perfectly to the conversation. An aspiring dog owner and lifelong creative thinker, she brings curiosity, warmth, and personality into everything she does.
